The last few weeks the 5th grade class has been learning about entrepreneurship and what factors all go into developing a business model. Today students dove into the “Shark Tank” and gave their pitch for their business/product to a group of special sharks looking to strike a deal and make an investment! Some came away with a deal and others will be going on their own. Next week Friday the students will sell their product at the 2024 Entrepreneur Fair!

ONE DAY AWAY! HBC Community - Please consider giving blood tomorrow, Thursday, May 2nd from 9 - 4 PM. Last year HBC gave 29 units which helped 87 patients. We still have spots open - call 507-962-3240 to sign up. 550 units of blood are needed every week to meet the needs of local hospitals. Important to Note : Drink water or juice before and after donating, make sure to bring driver's license or photo ID, one pint of blood will save 3 patients' lives, donors need to be 17 to donate (16 years of age can get a consent form to be signed by a parent to donate). This is a H-BC G.R.A.D. Student Council Event. This is an HBC GRAD Student Council sponsored event. Donors will get a $10 Kwik Trip Gift Card. Please Like/Share.
