Hills-Beaver Creek Elementary Early Childhood Family Education
Early Childhood Family Education (ECFE) is a program
for all Minnesota families with children between the
ages of birth to kindergarten enrollment. ECFE is based
on the idea that the family provides a child's first and
most significant teachers. ECFE works to strengthen
families and enhance the ability of all parents to
provide the best environment for the healthy growth and
development of their children.

What happens at ECFE?
Parents and children participate togeter in weekly
classes involving parent discussion and play and
learning activities for children. ECFE Classes Provided:Babies (Birth to Walking), Ones & Twos (12-36 months), Preschoolers (36 months to Kdg.)
Tuition and Enrollment:
H-BC ECFE Classes are
open to all families in the Hills-Beaver Creek School
District with children 0-5 years of age. Families
open-enrolled to the H-BC schools are also welcome. Cost
is $10. per child. Tuition for one child is FREE to
families coming to ECFE for the first time. ECFE is
committed to serving everyone, so fees are waived for
families unable to pay.
